Lawndale

Lawndale is a restored Victorian home that has been furnished as a family home of 1895. It offers visitors a chance to experience what it was like to live in Central Florida in the late 1800’s.

Docent in period dress guide you through the house telling you the history of the community and those who lived there. The beautiful home is located in a National Register Historic District at 1219 Rockledge Drive, the old river road, which is designated by the Florida Legislature as one of the most scenic in the state. It is conveniently located 1 mile south of Cocoa Village.

The house is open to the public Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. Donation of $10 for adults requested.
