By night, we look to the skies for rocket launches, then grab a paddle and hop in kayaks to illuminate the lagoon’s seasonally bioluminescent waters. From air-conditioned attractions to shady boardwalk trails, ice cream counters, and tiki huts, Florida’s Space Coast has everything your family needs to create a vacation you’ll remember forever.
