Castaways Point Park

If you are looking for a park with a gorgeous view and one of the few natural beaches on the Indian River Lagoon, then Castaway Point Park is your place. This city of Palm Bay park is located on a peninsula, providing excellent fishing from one of two piers available. Enjoy the landscape and the large shade trees and spend the day outdoors; you can even bring a picnic basket full of your favorite items. Keep your eyes open because the native manatees and porpoises like to make appearances. This park was also home to Indians and early settlers that once lived there. Historic signs are posted for a little education as you sit back and relax in the park.
