Cape Crossing Resort & Marina

Cape Crossing Resort & Marina offers the option to step away from the crowds and into a smaller more private setting.

Townhomes – offer private garages and personal access to the units.  These two-story units give plenty of room to self-isolate even within your own family.  Giving you much needed space and quiet time.  The privacy offers you as little interaction with other guests as you wish.

Condos – options of using our parking garage as well as outdoor parking spaces are all located close to the entrances of this building.  There are 2 elevators as well as 2 staircases guest can use.  There are only 7 units per floor with wide walkways.  These units offer private glass balconies for great views of nature and boats as they pass by the resort.

All units – have fully equipped kitchens, everything you need to prepare meals for your family.  Local grocery delivery services make it easy to feed your family.  For those who do want to occasional dine out, we located to many great area restaurants, many with outdoor seating.  Our units are also equipped with Wash & Dryers for longer stays, sporting activity needs as well as River & Beach activities.

Our resort offers lots of outdoor activities – such as our beautiful swimming pool & deck area.  Our location is only steps away from nature and our waterway connects you to two rivers (the Banana River & Indian River Lagoon) for wide open spaces to explore and enjoy.   We have kayaks and paddle boards rentals as well as CraigCats and pontoon boat rentals.  Get back to nature and explore the many small islands or just enjoy the locals, such as manatee, dolphin, birds and even an occasional gator.
