This is a popular community park of nearly 400 usable acres. You can walk, jog or cycle along the 5-mile drive. Recreational amenities include two seasonally guarded swimming lakes, three small fishing lakes, an 18-hole disc golf course, an archery range, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, an equestrian facility, playground, dog park, multipurpose and soccer fields. Special events often take place in the amphitheater and in various open spaces throughout the park. Inside Wickham Park’s pine forest are 133 campsites with water and electric hookups plus shower rooms, laundry facilities, and gathering areas.
