Downtown Cocoa Village has something for everyone with its blend of historic and modern times. Be sure to stroll through Cocoa Riverfront Park that features an outdoor amphitheatre, a playground, and a ‘splash and sprinkle’ area where both kids and adults cool off on a warm day all while watching the boats make their way along the Indian River.
Downtown Cocoa Village also hosts and features many festivals and events throughout the year. With its rich 150 year history, the path through Downtown Cocoa Village highlights historic sites and buildings including the Parrish Grove Inn, Porcher House, Sur Le Parc, St. Mark’s Church, Hindle building, Derby Street Chapel, S.F. Travis Company, Masonic Temple Building, Blair building, Brevard County State Bank, and Cocoa Village Playhouse. A walking tour is available for a true historic experience.
