Named after Astronaut Alan Shepard, this oceanfront park has 5 acres worth of out-of-this-world views, ideal for observing space and rocket launches. Enjoy a day of food and fun with several pavilions, covered picnic tables, barbeque grills, and a playground all provided. Located at the east end of State Road 520, Alan Shepard Park is perfect for a mini get-away and still close enough to explore local popular retail shops in the area. Parking is $15 and there are over 300 parking spaces available for automobiles and recreational vehicles. NOT PERMITTED: Overnight parking Buses
