The Tiny Turtle originally opened as a ‘Food Truck Style’ window during the annual art show in Downtown Cocoa Beach and has since expanded and evolved into one of the top full service restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Inspired by Puerto Rican cooking heritage, Chef Moises creates a unique Caribbean-infused cuisine that has become all the rave by locals. Specialties include Sofritos, the essence of Puerto Rican cuisines, salads, burritos, nachos, and bowls. The Tiny Turtle prides itself on its spearheading into sustainability by using plastic-free, styrofoam-free, plant-based, compostable products, as well as its involvement in the local community.
