Stop by one or both of Playalinda Brewing Company’s locations for one of their creative craft beers and good food, all with outdoor seating available so you and your pet can enjoy a day out. Plus, at the Brix Project, homemade dog treats are available for your pup to enjoy!

Looking for a whole day out and about, but don’t want to drive all over the place for food, shopping, and beautiful scenery? Then Cocoa Village is your spot. With several restaurants for every palate, like Ossorios, Murdock’s, and Ryan’s, to name a few, and all with outdoor seating areas, your stomach will be full and your pet will enjoy the day with you. But there’s also a special treat for them as well. Stroll on over to Tails at the Barkery for some gourmet treats and designer wear.
Melbourne & the beaches

Here is another way to enjoy the day with a one-stop location. There are plenty of restaurant options, from Iron Oak Post to the Burger Place, for a nice sit down meal. And if you’re on the go, stop by Mustard’s Last Stand for a dog to go.

If you want a cross between a sports bar, a beer bar and a restaurant and with an outdoor biergarten both you and your pet can enjoy, then Coasters is your place. Whether you want the view of multiple sports games or of a majestic landscape, this place will have you and your pet covered. This is also a great location if you want to enjoy an evening walk on the only pet-friendly beach on the Space Coast before or after your meal.
Pet-friendly Beaches
Canova Beach Park

Enjoy our pristine beaches and plan for a day or evening out and about with your pet. Canova Beach Park is a community beachfront park with a small pavilion and grill. This is an on-leash park, and your pet will need to stay tethered to you on this trip. They also need to be sporting their shiny tags with license and vaccination info. The park provides waste bags, so please be kind and courteous to other beachgoers and their pets and clean up before leaving the park. Waste receptacles are available on site.
**Please note that this is the ONLY pet-friendly beach on Florida’s Space Coast. We ask that you respectfully obey the rules to ensure a pet-friendly option for future visitors like yourself.

Now should you decide you wanted to do a little space exploring without having to worry about your pet, Kennedy Space Center provides a free on-site kennel services to guests. Your pet receives complimentary food and water bowls in a climate-controlled facility.
