Merritt Island Festival
The Merritt Island Family Festival is a celebration of our Island community, bringing together local artisans, delicious foods from a wide variety of talented culinary creators, arts & crafts and community vendors, activities reflecting our waterways, ocean‑minded brands for a celebration of Florida’s home called Merritt Island.
Featuring concerts by local bands and world renowned artists. Saturday night features the chart-topping Landon McNamara, the Hawaiian singer‑songwriter known for his soulful blend of reggae, rock, and island vibes as well as his world surfing championship, as he won the 2024 Eddie Aikai trophy. His smooth vocals and positive energy make him a perfect fit for a festival rooted in sun, surf, and good times.
Expect a crowd‑pleasing set that drifts from mellow grooves to big‑smile anthems as the sun goes down.
Legendary reggae band,Inner Circle, with the famous hit “Bad Boys Bad Boys, will perform a concert on Sunday night on the fantastic new amphitheater stage at the wonderful new veterans Park.
Local restaurants from all across the Space Coast, Merritt Island, the Beaches, and Cape Canaveral are invited to participate in the Merritt Island Fest Food Village. Each restaurant will receive frontage space to sell food items and offer tastings that showcase their establishment.
Live demos, surf gear showcases, family‑friendly activities, and a soundtrack that captures the spirit of the coast, Merritt Island Fest is shaping up to be one of the season’s standout gatherings.
