DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the Mercury 7 astronauts\, the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame® was established in 1990 to honor the courage\, innovation\, and achievements of America’s space explorers. Each year\, a new class of astronauts\, who have advanced the boundaries of human spaceflight\, is inducted during the prestigious Induction Ceremony & Gala—an inspiring celebration of their lasting impact on space exploration. \nIn conjunction with the induction\, the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation hosts Space Rendezvous\, a vibrant series of astronaut talks\, panel discussions\, and special receptions. This unique experience brings guests closer to the stories\, discoveries\, and people shaping the future of space. \nThe weekend offers a range of immersive experiences. Beginning May 14 with exclusive ticketholder activities and the Astronaut Cocktail Challenge\, the program continues on May 15 with astronaut talks\, panel discussions\, signings\, receptions\, and a space art showcase.
