Media Policies and Procedures

Thank you for your interest in Florida's Space Coast. We know how important your work is, and our team will strive to ensure your media-related requests are met in a timely manner. Due to the volume of requests our team receives daily, please allow adequate time for our team to get back with you. If you are on a tight deadline, please include that in your email to us.

Our public relations team responds to all media inquiries and facilitates visits to the destination.

Hotel Overnight-Stay Requests

Florida's Space Coast will consider overnight stays for working media producing a story on Florida's Space Coast on a case-by-case basis and pending the relevancy of each request. Due to the number of requests received, a two-week advanced notice is required.
