There are tons of vegetarian and vegan options here on the Space Coast! Check out a few of our favorites here. 

Paisley Vegan Kitchen

Paisley Vegan Kitchen is committed to delivering quality options. The whole menu is made from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients available in a dedicated vegan kitchen. The menu is rather extensive and includes starters, salads, sandwiches, and entrees like quinoa bowls, vegan mac and cheese, lasagna, tacos, and a falafel waffle. Look forward to seasonal additions!

The Green Room Café

222 First Street North, Cocoa Beach | (321) 868-0203

 This organic eatery in downtown Cocoa Beach is a local favorite that has vegetarian and vegan choices. The Green Room Café has an extensive menu that offers sandwiches, smoothies, salads, soup and even a kids’ menu. The Ruebio sandwich includes seasoned tofu, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, cucumber, and thousand island dressing on rye bread. Other menu items include salads, wraps with tofu, vegan chili, and Green Room Bowls, which mostly consist of acai and fruit. 

The Nomad Café

While not exclusively vegan or vegetarian, the Nomad Market Eatery has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on the menu. Take a bite out of the Baton Rouge Beets or the vegan optional pot stickers. Not to mention the vegan optional Nachos Nomad or Vegan Crab Cakes made with chickpeas and kelp cakes over couscous and local veggies. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, closed on Sunday and Monday.

Third Culture Kitchen

1000 Cheney Highway, Titusville | (321) 225-4103 

If you find yourself in the north end of Florida’s Space Coast, perhaps after visiting Kennedy Space Center or the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Third Culture Kitchen is a great spot to refuel. Serving a wide variety of cultural foods, their menu consists of vegan and vegetarian options. From veggie spring rolls and stir-fry to enchiladas and rice bowls, some things can be made vegan without adding meat. The cuisine here is unlike anything else on Florida’s Space Coast, and if your party has members that don’t have special dietary requests, they’ll love dining here, too! 

Café Surfinista

Whether you’re heading out to play in the Cocoa Beach surf or taking a mid-day break to cool off over a yummy meal, Café Surfinista serves up delicious and healthy meals in a chill atmosphere with a beachy vibe. Their menu offers a large variety of vegan and vegetarian bowls, wraps, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices. It’s also a great place to savor a delicious cup of locally roasted organic coffee or grab a health shot to keep you going strong.

Conveniently located between the Indian River and the coast, this beachside cafe and market offers some of the highest quality fresh organic produce in the area, making it easy for you to swing in and grab some healthy fruits, snacks, and cold-pressed juice to keep you energized throughout the day. Check out their menu for to-die-for delish vegan entrees. One of the most popular dishes is Tasty Tacos, made with sprouted nut cheese, walnut taco meat, spiralized veggies, sprouts, and nut sour cream. Absolute vegan heaven right here! Don’t forget the incredibly delicious creamy Mylk Shakes, made from their special nut mylk blend. Happy Healthy Human Café is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.

A-Live and Healthy Café

85 East Merritt Avenue, Merritt Island (next to Home Depot) | (321) 338-2926 

This is a wonderful source for fresh organic produce and raw vegan meals. They also offer healthful nuts, dehydrated foods, and gluten-free, vegan specialties like cheese, breads, chips, pâté, and pudding. Using only organic, mostly raw ingredients, everything they serve is absolutely gluten-free. Currently A-Live and Healthy offers online ordering from their website with a contactless pickup, by appointment. Their menu, including the organic produce, changes weekly to keep the cuisine new and exciting!

The Jungle Organic Restaurant & Whole Foods Market 

2500 Highway A1A, Indialantic | (321) 773-5678 

You can literally walk over from playing at Paradise Beach Park and sit down to a superb scratch meal with a lovely wine, and even better, it’s organic and non-GMO. The Jungle Organic Restaurant & Whole Foods Market is locally known for its amazing soups, but there are plenty of other vegetarian and vegan dishes for the discriminating palate. If your people aren’t all plant-based foodies, that’s not a problem. The menu also boasts fish that’s sustainable and wild-caught and dishes made from organic chicken or beef. Before you head back out for more fun on the Space Coast, stop in the market for a healthy treat for the family dog and some organic beer or wine to keep the festivities going. 

 Anna’s Vegan Plate

3200 Dixie Highway NE, Suite 9, Palm Bay | (321) 722-6000

This cheerful little gem of a restaurant is 100% vegan! Anna’s Vegan Plate showcases seasonal, local ingredients in their fare, which is mostly Vietnamese and other Asian cuisines, with a few “Western Favorites” like spaghetti and a vegan burger. You can choose from spring rolls, soups, curries, noodles, and entrees made with fresh veggies, vegan meats, or tofu and just the right spices. One of the most popular entrees is Mongolian Wonder, made with savory vegan beef and onions in a spicy Mongolian sauce. They offer three levels of spiciness to please every taste. Lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 2 pm. Dinner is Tuesday through Sunday from 5 pm to 8pm. They are closed on Monday. 

Flavors of India

5675 North Atlantic Avenue, #117, Cocoa Beach | (321) 613-3715 

Flavors of India dishes up some tantalizing vegan and vegetarian delights, along with traditional Indian entrees. Their menu is an exciting combination of North Indian, South Indian, and Indo-Chinese cuisines.  You can add an Indian beer to have the full experience. This lovely family-friendly place has an upscale feel, with a relaxed vibe. Lunch is a buffet while dinner is ordered by the plate.
