Spring has sprung and so has the preparation for summer events that take place here on Florida’s Space Coast. And with this area being the home to the USSSA Space Coast Complex, many tournaments are scheduled that capitalize on the year-round perfect weather for outdoor sports.

El Leoncito is the place for your Mexi-Cuban dishes, whether for lunch or dinner. This colorful bar and restaurant will have not only your taste buds doing the salsa, your feet may be doing the same with their monthly mariachi band providing live music or from the effects of their margaritas, voted best by Florida Today.
If you want a place to get good Tex-Mex but like things on the spicy side, Tijuana Flats does not disappoint. Home to a wide range of hot sauces to top your choice of Mexican food, you’ll be smacking your lips after stopping in or taking to go.
You’ll want to start off with a good, balanced breakfast before heading to the stadium for a day of games. And there are plenty of places that will fit the bill. And for those of you who like breakfast for dinner, there are options for you as well.
You can’t go wrong with a home-cooked meal and this famous country-style restaurant, where you can eat breakfast any time of the day, is just a few miles from the stadium. For comfort food that gets you fueled for the game, Cracker Barrel is your home away from home.
If you’re looking for a place that serves food that is made to order and locally sourced, when possible, head over to First Watch. With a menu that features traditional breakfast and some egg-sclusive options, the finest and freshest ingredients go into making your breakfast top-notch.

This is the place for foodies! Savor a glass of fine wine or craft beer along with one of their innovative menu creations, all made from fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients. They have individual entrees and shareable plates. Need some time away from the kids? This is a great place for date night!
For something a bit more exotic, step into Taj where no detail was spared in creating the experience, including lights imported from Turkey and antique gold ceilings. If you’ve had Indian food, you know how healthy and flavorful it is. If you’ve never tried it, this is the place to do it! Their menu is large, with lunch and daily specials. Plus, they allow you to choose the spiciness: mild, medium, hot, and extra hot. Because this is “modern” Indian food, they even have naan pizza! And lots and lots of vegetarian choices.
For Asian food with a twist, think Poké Boba. The menu is an eclectic fusion of Asian and Latin cuisines including vegetarian options, all served in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.
If you’re craving a kabob or a gyro, this is your spot. The menu offers vegetarian options along with the more traditional chicken, beef, and lamb, with a special menu for the kiddos. This family-run restaurant uses quality ingredients to cook up its authentic Greek cuisine. You’ll even find Greek beer and wine. You may just find yourself shouting “Opa!”
You can’t come to the Space Coast and not enjoy some of the beauty that makes up this area. When the tournaments are finished, kick back and relax by the water at one of the area’s waterfront dining spots.
For a more, fine dining option and a view of the Indian River Lagoon, River Rocks delivers with views from every table. The upscale chef-inspired menu will have your mouth watering as soon as you look at it. Fresh, local ingredients with a focus on seafood is what you’ll get and an eclectic mix of wines that will pair well with any of the menu choices. And for those of you who like to eat early, there is an early dining menu for a flat $15. River Rocks also offers a more casual dining experience at the same spot. Dock at River Rocks is a 5,000 square-foot deck that overlooks the river. Although a more casual environment, the menu doesn’t disappoint.
A waterfront spot with an outdoor tiki bar featuring live music, Grills Riverside is a local favorite with their picturesque views of the Indian River Lagoon. Serving fresh seafood, juicy burgers and other daily specials, as well as a hearty breakfast, any time is a great time to dine here, whether you come by car or by boat.
What’s nice about Viera is that everything is in close proximity to the stadium so you don’t have to travel too far in order to find good food.
