This family-owned crêperie offers a unique French culinary experience. A staple in Brittany (a province in Northwest France), crêpes are enjoyed by the “Bretons” for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
A crêpe is best described as a very thin, grilled pancake. As a main dish, it can be filled with a variety of meats, vegetables, cheese and sauces. Their savory crêpes come with a choice of two types of batter: the regular white flour or the “galette” made from organic buckwheat. The galette is nuttier in texture, wholesome and 100% gluten-free. We recommend the galette for most of our savory selections.
Dessert crêpes are traditionally made with the white flour and can be filled with fruits, nuts, spreads or homemade jams. Their jams are made with all fresh fruits and reduced natural cane sugar – no preservatives. Seasonal organic fruit jams are also available.
La Crepe de France supports local, organic and sustainable growers. Their salads and crêpes are made mostly with organic vegetables.
