Paddleboarding utilizes all of the major muscle groups in the body while balancing and reacting to any disturbance in the water. When put together with the ancient practice of Yoga, one must focus on engaging the entire body and mind.
You’ve never Stand Up Paddleboarded before? No problem! Never practiced Yoga before? No problem! First timers welcome.
We will begin with a brief land lesson on how to “SUP” followed by proper launching and paddling technique. Classes are 1.5 hour long.
