5220 S. Washington Ave., Titusville, Florida
Playalinda Brewing Company, located in a 100-year-old former hardware store in Historic Downtown Titusville, is the city’s only craft micro-brewery. With beers such as Belgian Strong Ale, Skateboarders Pale Ale, Robonaut Red, Blackberry Bubble Yum, Caramel Macchiatto and Bottomless Blonde — to name a few — the brewery is wildly popular. So popular, in fact, that the company recently expanded, opening its Brix Project in south Titusville, which features a restaurant, brewpub and beer garden. The Brix Project will also debut its own distillery in 2017, producing small batches of vodka, rum and gin.
