One of Broadway's most sultriest musicals will hit the Space Coast as the Cocoa Village Playhouse presents CABARET THE MUSICAL from May 4-20, 2012.

This Broadway hit based on a book written by Christopher Isherwood, CABARET THE MUSICAL features music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. Set in 1931 Berlin, as the Nazis are rising to power, the production focuses on the seedy Kit Kat Klub and English cabaret performer Sally Bowles and her relationship with the young American writer Cliff Bradshaw.

The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse serves over 55,000 audience viewers each year, with an extremely active schedule, including but not limited to seven large musical productions, performances by Galmont Ballet, and three children's productions. Along with a small paid staff, the core of the Playhouse is our standing cast of over 600 VOLUNTEER performers, artists, technicians, and ushers that give more 100,000 accredited community service hours each year.
