Spend a half day with Keiser University's Chef Garrison as he presents this hands-on culinary class that will begin with an introduction to the ingredients, flavor profiles, and the various cooking techniques used during the day's lesson. Each class is held every Saturday from 9am-1pm at the University's campus at 900 South Babcock Street in Melbourne, FL.
